Referendum

For the Commonwealth - For the Nation

As the Senate is coming into question, we know that McCormick won over Casey. The counts from the polls and the final tabulations differ because many localities have moved away from the paper ballots that had worked in Elections in the past. It was shown in a recent election in Chalfont Boro, the numbers at the poll were counted in the evening of Election day and numbers sent out immediately to those that signed up for the notification. We see the numbers across the country with Electronic Systems Creating unnecessary chaos in our Election Process. With your help, let’s get this on the ballots across the Commonwealth and increase the process times for Elections, and get out people there to be engaged with the process.

The following is a Petition for a Referendum for your Locality to do away with Electonic Voting Systems and go back to paper. I am attaching this form if you wish to do so for your Precinct.

The following is the basis for the Petition:

Request for a Referendum Question on the ballot
Sign this petition to get a referendum question on the ballot! “Shall the use of an electronic voting system be continued in your township or borough?”
Tired of waiting days and weeks to hear election results?
Several election integrity people have been going to the Buck County Commissioner’s meetings requesting a hand count of the presidential race be done, then compare it to the electronic tabulator tapes that are produced after the polls close. So far, the Bucks County commissioners have refused to allow this to happen and just say, we’re not interested in this. Commissioners, is there a problem? Why won’t they allow this to happen to confirm we have fair, accurate and reconciled elections?
According to the “Pennsylvania Election Code” (the law) the use of electronic voting systems can be decided by the voters and a referendum question can be put on the ballot, according to Article XI-A Section 1104-A (e) “Shall the use of an electronic voting system be continued in the (county or municipality) of…………………….?”

The PA Election Code (the law) leaves it up to the voters to decide if “We the People” want an electronic voting system or go back to hand counting the ballots with the results known by 2 am the evening of elections. Hand counting worked from the period of the 1700’s through 1980 and continues to work in many countries throughout the world.
Please consider signing the petition to request this referendum question to be added to the ballot next election.

Petitions allow for 14 signatures – I plan on getting 10% of the signatures of Voters in my precinct to sign.

In Summary the numbers for Chalfont Boro were:

Chalfont Boro Poll Results

Harris 842 Trump 886

Casey 848 McCormick 871

Depasquale 784 Sunday 903

Kenyatta 763 Defoor 928

McClelland 780 Garrity 919

Ehasz 746 Fitzpatrick 983

Brennan 839 Mekanik 820 Ronky 79

The time from Election to now, you see numbers coming in, and the timeframe has extended long beyond Election day.

Those that signed up received them at about 10:14PM since the polling sites needed to be closed. Some that received it no later by 11:30PM from wrong emails and were sent a SMS of the results.

There is no reason for the Election results to extend a few days past the Election Date.

There can be queue management for the ballots, and queue management for processing each 2-1/2 hours, with all parties and mediators watching, and counting, and the final results given by end of the evening. The same due diligence of verification is there, and the Electronic Systems removed causing doubt in the Precinct Electorate. The constraint was 2 Ipads for verification, if 2 more were provided by County, then the wait times with staff would be reduced from 45 minutes – 1 hour and 30 minutes to times closed to 30 minutes to 1 hour – along with optimizations with less overhead technical requirements, but strict adherence to ID verification. A special line for complications would help expedite the process, acting as a dual role and serve as a queue from my observations of my local precinct.

This Petition Process was started by Right for Bucks for Bucks https://www.rightforbucks.com/

The volunteers here have made the content available and the documents made are from them. I plan on getting signatures from my Precinct and Submitting them.
